Dr. Sherrie offers specialized coaching for professional women who are recently divorced, single, dating, or married. She works on their relationship complications and introduces effective solutions to move forward with a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle.
MY STORY
Growing up in Chicago, Dr. Sherrie underwent agony due to the relationship conflicts of her parents. After her parents got divorced, she was in the care of her single mother. Despite her commitment to not making the same mistakes as her parents, Dr. Sherrie couldn’t save her first marriage and got divorced. These tragic incidents impacted her, and she was determined to work as a Relationship Psychologist.
Achievements
Dr. Sherrie has appeared on various famous shows like the NBC hit reality show Starting Over and numerous radio shows. She also appeared as the co-host of the local Los Angeles cable show, Relationships 911, with her husband, Dr. Melvin Allen.
As a Depth Psychologist, she co-authored a book named, Seeing in the Dark: Wisdom Works by Black Women in Depth Psychology.

Being single and seeking a relationship can be challenging with the vast pool of options available. We all have different preferences, values, and needs in relationships and may or may not know how to have deep conversations with others about what those are. The key to it is knowing yourself. What is your love language? What personality traits do you have that may impact your relations with others? How do you navigate intimacy with a significant other? The answers to these questions can be explored and identified with relationship coaching! You don’t have to do it alone!
